  • Dear customer,

    Over the next 24 hours we will be making improvements to our network, during the night and during the day, the effected will be everyone located on MSP core switch 1, this improvement sees a better future for you as our customer, faster speeds, improvements to the current network lag.

    We've had reports from customers that some services are becoming slow during the night with not much load on the system/rates transmitted. We have investigated a way to improve performance across the board.

    We aim to finish these works within the next 24 hours and you will have access to better services within the future once placed. We will continue to keep this updated once we have started our phase 1 configuration. 

    Please note, if works does not complete as expected we will roll back the upgrade and you will have access to the services again without a failure, we will then make a new window complete works after more investigation.
